Theatre Photography (Non-Dress Rehearsal) OPTION 1
- Includes on-site Photography at either your production venue, Theatre or Rehearsal Studio during a "Non Dress Rehearsal"
- Photographs will be taken from "Curtain-up to Curtain-down" of the Production being performed. (This generally equates to around 3.0 to 3.5 hours, inclusive of set-up and recce of venue). Additional time can be arranged at extra cost. Please contact for details.
- From all images taken (usually in excess of x400), approximately 80-100 images documenting the entire non-dress rehearsal will be selected (by Stephen Hawke).
- Stephen Hawke Photography will endeavour to shoot images of ALL cast performing (including group shot/s), but this is not always guaranteed.
- All Images will be hand-retouched
- Selected images will be provided to client by way downloadable files within a "Client Folder" on the website. This folder will be password protected and made available approximately seven (x7) to ten (x10) days after the "Non Dress Rehearsal" performance.
(N.B. Images will "appear" as Watermarked, from which copyright free Prints can be ordered. - Images can be provided as both large image size AND small image size at extra cost (for email and web transfers). Please contact me for details.
- Please be advised that no RAW (or As-Shot images will be released to Client. These remain proprietary information and the property of the Photographer. Only Photographer selected JPEG images will be issued)
- Please be advised that the final selection of images will be selected by Stephen Hawke, unless a specific client request has been made or an agreed shot list has been prepared by the Production Company beforehand.
- Prints of all sizes are available. (See Price List)

Theatre Photography (Full Dress Rehearsal) OPTION 2
- Includes on-site Photography at your production venue, Theatre or Rehearsal Studio during a "Full-Dress Rehearsal"
- Photographs will be taken from "Curtain-up to Curtain-down" of the Production being performed. (This generally equates to around 3.0 to 3.5 hours, inclusive of set-up and recce of venue). Additional Photography time can be arranged but will be rechargeable at an extra cost. Please call for details.
- From all images taken (usually in excess of x800), approximately x100/x120 images documenting the entire non-dress rehearsal will be selected (by Stephen Hawke).
- Stephen Hawke Photography will endeavour to shoot images of ALL cast performing (including group shot/s), but this is not always guaranteed.
- All Images will be hand-retouched
- Selected images will be provided to client by way downloadable files within a "Client Folder" on the website. This folder will be password protected and made available approximately seven (x7) to ten (x10) days after the rehearsal performance.

- In the case of a full "Dress Rehearsal" (i.e. evening before opening night), a selection of around twelve (12) to fifteen (15) digital images (selected by Stephen Hawke) can be issued the following morning (before Midday) to a designated Theatre Company representative, in order "Front Of House" promotional images can be printed by the Client. N.B. These images will be provided as a copyright free Digital Download for the Production Company to Print at their own expense, and on confirmation of full payment of services to be made.
IMPORTANT
Please be advised that a minimum order is required for ALL Photography commitments for Full Dress Rehearsal Images. Therefore, an attendance fee (deposit) of £150.00 is payable to Stephen Hawke, in advance and before any photographic undertaking. When the assignment is complete and the value of orders surpasses £400.00, the Attendance fee will be returned to the Production company.
N.B. If the total value of orders, remains under £400.00, then the deposit will be deemed non-refundable.
All Photographic assignments will be based upon a contractual agreement and formal Stephen Hawke Proposal Submission
Photography / Imaging Copyright
N.B.
All images provided to client will be issued as “Copyright Free”.
Please be advised however that “Copyright Free” terminology will only apply to images being used for the purposes to which the images relate. (i.e. and in respect to, the specific Photography remit and in respect to Publicity and / or promotion.)
Please be further advised that Stephen Hawke remains the sole owner of the copyright for all images outside of this remit, and permission will be needed for the use of any image/photograph outside of this scope or purpose (i.e. Publication Sales, (Print and / or Electronic media sales outside the scope of any contract or agreement ).
