Event Photography (Black - Tie, Private Party, Outdoor Assignments, Festivals, Screening, VIP, Arena, Racing, Stadium etc.)
- Photographer (Stephen Hawke) attendance for up to a maximum of three (x3.0) hours at pre-arranged Client venue
(Please note this INCLUDES set up and Recce on the day) - Seperate Visit to specific location for set-up, can be arranged in advance.
- Selection of "best" Images (selected by Stephen Hawke), will be uploaded to Website
- Client will select from between fifty (x50) and one hundred and twenty (x120) images of their choice. (entirely dependent on specific project assignment, and / or agreement)
- All Images will be hand-retouched
- Selected images will be provided to client/s) as downloadable, "Copyright Free" images, available via secure (password protected) image Folder on website
- Please be advised that no RAW (or As-Shot images will be released to Client. These remain proprietary information and the property of the Photographer. Only Photographer selected JPEG images will be issued)
- Additional images available at extra cost.
- Prints available at extra cost (All print sizes available - See Price List).
- Additional hourly rates can be discussed for extended stay at your event. Please contact Stephen Hawke to discuss
COST: £150.00 - £350.00 (depending on individual project assignment requirements)
All Photographic assignments will be based upon a contractual agreement and formal Stephen Hawke Proposal Submission
Photography / Imaging Copyright
N.B.
All images provided to client will be issued as “Copyright Free”.
Please be advised however that “Copyright Free” terminology will only apply to images being used for the purposes to which the images relate. (i.e. and in respect to, the specific Photography remit and in respect to Publicity and / or promotion.)
Please be further advised that Stephen Hawke remains the sole owner of the copyright for all images outside of this remit, and permission will be needed for the use of any image/photograph outside of this scope or purpose (i.e. Publication Sales, (Print and / or Electronic media sales outside the scope of any contract or agreement ).
