Portrait Session (Individual or Family) £110.00
- Portable Studio home visit / Location / or appointment at an agreed venue. (N.B. This may incur a cost for travel to location).
- Approximately x40+ Images will be taken during the shoot (This does remain flexible however and will be at the discretion of the Photographer on a job-by-job basis)
- Selection of "best" Images (selected by Stephen Hawke) will be uploaded to Website
- Client/s will select a maximum of x15 images of their choice.) Further images are available at extra cost.)
- All client selected images will be hand-retouched
- Selected / complete images will be provided to client/s) as downloadable, "Copyright Free" images, available via secure website link (password protected)
- Images can be provided as both large image size AND small image size at extra cost (for email and web transfers). Please contact me for details.
- Please be advised that no RAW (or As-Shot images will be released to Client. These remain proprietary information and the property of the Photographer. Only Photographer selected JPEG images will be issued)
- Client will also receive x1 (one) 10"x8" Professional Lustre Finish Print of their choice, mounted in a High Quality Cage Photo Mount

All Photographic assignments will be based upon a contractual agreement and formal Stephen Hawke Photography Proposal Submission
Photography / Imaging Copyright

All images provided to client will be issued as “Copyright Free”.
Please be advised however that “Copyright Free” terminology will only apply to images being used for the purposes to which the images relate. (i.e. and in respect to, the specific Photography remit and in respect to Publicity and / or promotion.)
Please be further advised that Stephen Hawke remains the sole owner of the copyright for all images outside of this remit, and permission will be needed for the use of any image/photograph outside of this scope or purpose (i.e. Publication Sales, (Print and / or Electronic media sales outside the scope of any contract or agreement ).
