Film-Set Photography (Behind Scenes / Publicity) - OPTION 1
- Photographer (Stephen Hawke) attendance for up to a maximum of two (x2) weeks (or part/s thereof) at pre-arranged Client venue / location
- (x1) week is assumed as being 5 (five) days)
- Additional days (within Option 1 remit) can be agreed and will be charged accordingly.
- Photography assignment will undertaken for and on-behalf of the Film Production Company and / or its sponsors, representaives throughout the entire filming period or part/s thereof.
- Visit to specific location / set-up arranged in advance.
- Images will be taken during filming on location or behind scenes (or both), for a predetermined duration (within the Option 1 remit)
- Up to x400+ Images will be taken during each days shoot
- Images will be taken at the discretion of Photographer, or "shot to order" (Please specify through agreed shot list, prior to project commencement if this is the case.
- All Images will be hand-retouched
- Selected images will be provided to client/s) as downloadable, Hi-Res, "Copyright Free" images, available via secure link (password protected).
- Please be advised that no RAW (or As-Shot images will be released to Client. These remain proprietary information and the property of the Photographer. Only Photographer selected JPEG images will be issued)
- Images can be provided as both large image size AND small image size (for email and web transfers) at extra cost. Please contact me for details
- Prints are available (all sizes) - See Price List
- Please be advised that if expectation is for Stephen Hawke to stay on set for the duration, accommodation is NOT included in any Film-Set Photography package and will need to be provided / charged and agreed before project commencement.
Daily Rate: £200.00 / day

- Photography assignment will undertaken for and on-behalf of the Film Production Company and / or its sponsors, representaives throughout the entire filming period or part/s thereof.

N.B.
All images provided to client will be issued as “Copyright Free”.
Please be advised however that “Copyright Free” terminology will only apply to images being used for the purposes to which the images relate. (i.e. and in respect to this Film-Set Photography remit, means for Publicity and / or promotion.)
Please be further advised that Stephen Hawke remains the sole owner of the copyright for all images outside of this remit, and permission will be needed for the use of any image/photograph outside of this scope or purpose (i.e. Publication Sales, (Print and / or Electronic media sales outside the scope of any contract or agreement ).
