Photojournalism
- Photographer (Stephen Hawke) attendance at the required location, providing Photographic support to the news story of feature writer / reporter.
- Images to be taken will be at the discretion of Stephen Hawke, unless a specific shot-list has been agreed and discussed with the client / journalistic representative before the assignment.
- Final "best" images for release to client, will be selected by Stephen Hawke, unless otherwise agreed.
- Photographic credit will be expected for every image published. (i.e. Photo credit: Stephen Hawke)
- Images will be provided to client/s) as downloadable, "Copyright Free" images, available via secure (password protected) Image Folder on website.
- All Images will be hand-retouched
N.B. Non retouched images can also be provided to client as large size RAW Files, or smaller jpeg files for speed and deadline, if so agreed before the assignment. (Retouching will be the responsibility of client in this instance.) - Turnaround time shall be agreed before the assignment (at time of booking).
- Expenses are NOT INCLUDED and will be considered additional / recharged at Cost +15%, or provided by Client ahead of project.
(This will include accommodation, travel, tolls and parking)
COST:
£75.00 / Hour (inclusive of Photography, Retouching, image submission)
All Photographic assignments will be based upon a contractual agreement and formal Stephen Hawke Proposal Submission
Photography / Imaging Copyright
N.B.
All images provided to client will be issued as “Copyright Free”.
Please be advised however that “Copyright Free” terminology will only apply to images being used for the purposes to which the images relate. (i.e. and in respect to, the specific Photography remit and in respect to Publicity and / or promotion.)
Please be further advised that Stephen Hawke remains the sole owner of the copyright for all images outside of this remit, and permission will be needed for the use of any image/photograph outside of this scope or purpose (i.e. Publication Sales, (Print and / or Electronic media sales outside the scope of any contract or agreement ).
